VIDA SALUDABLE

INFANTIL

En esta etapa realizamos una serie de actividades encaminadas al desarrollo de hábitos saludables, y especialmente en los ámbitos de la nutrición y alimentación saludables y del deporte.

Destacan actividades tales como: “Día de la fruta” en el que todos los niños traen, los miércoles y los viernes, una pieza o zumo de frutas para el almuerzo; el cross del colegio, taller de salud bucodental, visita a la granja escuela, taller de higiene “Lavado de manos”, visita al mercado…

PRIMARIA

Los hábitos de vida saludables son estilos de vida, de comportamiento, de los cuales los más conocidos son los que tienen que ver con la alimentación, la higiene, la actividad física, la prevención de accidentes y el cuidado del medio ambiente. En primaria  realizamos diferentes actividades en cada uno de estos ámbitos:

SECUNDARIA Y BACHILLERATO

En la ESO y bachillerato realizamos una serie de actividades durante el curso orientadas a la formación del alumno en una vida sana. Tenemos muy presente que un alumno sano no lo es solamente físico, también debe serlo mental, social y espiritual:

  • Charlas formativas en consumo responsable y buenos hábitos.
  • Alimentación sana y equilibrada.
  • Hábitos saludables y de higiene
  • Actividad física.
  • Prevención de accidentes.
  • Entorno saludable.
Educación para el desarrollo

Pretende comprometer a los alumnos socialmente, trabajando la solidaridad, cooperación y compromiso personal con el más necesitado. Abrir la mente del alumno a los problemas del siglo XXI forma parte de una educación en hábitos saludables.

Actividades físicas

Promueven la vida sana, equilibrada, la lucha contra la obesidad infantil, la movilidad y coordinación de todo el cuerpo. Estimular y motivar al alumno para la práctica del ejercicio físico:

-Cross del colegio.

-Club deportivo.

-Olimpiadas amigonianas.

-Camino de Santiago.

El Plan director de la Policía Nacional

Lleva a cabo una serie de charlas que tratan los siguientes temas relacionados con una vida saludable:

-Acoso escolar.

-Drogas y alcohol.

-Bandas violentas, racismo e intolerancia.

-Violencia sobre la mujer y discriminación.

-Riesgos asociados a las nuevas tecnologías y al uso de redes sociales.
